-The charger doesn’t fit your Scooter, please kindly tell us your Scooter’s brand and model. We would like to check the compatibility for you.
-Our charger is defective, in this case, please inform us, we will send a replacement.
-Your battery is broken. As lead acid battery has a limited service life. If your battery has been used for over 12 months or unused for 2-3 months, your battery might be broken.
Please notice: Only use for lead acid battery! Please check the battery parameters of your product before purchasing.
Charging: The light will show the charging status. The red light indicates charging, and the green light indicates full. When the indicator is green, please disconnect the power supply and do not overcharge.
